To start, if you want to explore what you can do with your voice, we recommend the general group “Open Voice,” where we work a lot on removing psychophysical barriers and trying different ways of using the voice – we practice speeches, sing a little, experiment a little, get to know our natural instrument.

You don’t need to know notes. We teach methods that do not require musical education. We work with traditional material that has been passed down orally for centuries. Our mission is to popularize singing as a normal, healthful, and social activity. You don’t have to be a marathon runner to run, a chef to cook, or a professional musician to sing.

It’s about being able to move freely – jump, bend, breathe deeply. Because we use the whole body to produce sound. We also bring soft shoes for changing; you can also practice in socks because sometimes we lie on the floor and don’t want to inhale dust and dirt.

In voice work, as in working with other parts of the body, consistency is important. Regular exercises strengthen the muscles involved in the phonation process and consolidate healthy habits. However, if you don’t have time for semester workshops, you can choose the weekend option to gain tools for your own work or to see if our methods are right for you.

We have a rule that you cannot make up for classes in another group. Each group has a different program adjusted on an ongoing basis to the participants. We also care about the comfort of work – thanks to regular meetings in a fixed group, we can get to know each other better and work without inhibition. However, when it comes to singing, we always send recordings and texts to catch up on your own.
