Anna Wolszczak
About Speaker
Director (AST Wrocław), theater scholar (KUL Lublin), and theater instructor. She is a scholarship recipient from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for her outstanding artistic achievements, as well as from Rose Bruford College in London and the European Theatre Convention (ETC) in Berlin. In her creative work, she focuses on developing an original language of visual theater and animated matter. During the creative process, she enjoys balancing physical actions, performance, and visual arts. In her work with actors, the relationship between the body and object is important to her. She has an interest in child psychology, which often leads her to explore themes of growing up and cyclicity in her plays. What excites her most about conducting theater workshops is the participants' imagination – the abstract, the strange, the mad, and the upside-down!
